| Payments: | We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Debit cards. |
| Cancellation: | 31 days prior to arrival. Please note: There will be a $45 service charge on all deposit refunds. If cancelled later or in case of no-show ~ 100 percent of the two nights will be charged. 100 percent of the two nights may be charged anytime after booking. There will be no refunds on early departure. |
| Weather Cancellation- Hurricane Warning: | We will refund your deposit without any fees. |
| Hurricane Watch, Tropical Storm, and Red Tide: | Unfortunately your deposit is not eligible for refund; if you choose to cancel we will automatically apply deposit for your next planned trip to the John’s Pass Beach Motel. You will have up to one year to use it from your original arriving date. |
| Cloudy / Rainy Days: | There will be no refunds on early departure. |
| Pets | Sorry, no pets allowed ! |
| Smoking Policy | All Rooms are Non-Smoking. $250.00 fee will be charge if you smoke in the room. |
| Age Policy | Minimum check in age is 21 or older. |
